Teeth whitening is a non-invasive procedure that allows you to improve the colour of your teeth, quickly and easily, without damaging the structure of your teeth. Before starting treatment, we recommend that you attend an oral hygiene appointment.

What types of whitening are there?
At Spot Clinic, we use two types of whitening: as an outpatient (at home) and at the clinic (in-office). As a rule, whitening at home is the most widely used because it is easy to use and comfortable.
Whitening at the clinic is recommended for patients who want faster results or who are unable or unwilling to use trays at home every day.
Whitening at home uses a custom-made fontanelle that is placed overnight along with the whitening gel, and takes an average of 15 days.
How long does the whitening last?
The colour usually never returns to its original shade, but it can regress, depending on age, smoking and eating habits, oral hygiene, etc.
Does teeth whitening damage your teeth?
If it is done correctly and under the supervision of your dentist or oral hygienist, it will not damage your teeth.
Can teeth become more sensitive after whitening?
During the treatment, your teeth may become slightly more sensitive, but this sensitivity will disappear once the whitening is complete.
